Track and field today. 

Silver for 4x100 and bronze for 4x400. Individual 100m sucks. To the max. I should had be obedient to captains words and rest well on the day before. 

You know.. That was not my best. I can do better. I'm just.. A little upset. 

Overally we got 3rd in track and field. Not bad. But we can do better lah. 

On top of all, I am very proud to be a Phoenix-ian. Like seriously. Most probably joining again next year. With a great come back. Hahahaha now say say only la tsk tsk. But, will surely fight for it again. ;') there will be spirit, when you go thru it with your team!
